[EUTrip2014] GeneralPlan

I am starting to do some research on my up and coming Europe trip in 2.5 months. It is really hard... internet cannot give me enough understanding of the transit system (the transit in Europe is REALLY sophisticated).
I'm glad, though, that means the transit can take me to everywhere I want to see (well, almost.)

Since it is cheapest to fly to London, UK from Vancouver, BC, CA. I decided to start my journey and end my journey there.

London- Paris- NW France - W France- S France- Italy- Paris- London

Then I will do my student exchange in Sunderland- fulfilling my 60 hrs of research. 3 days/ wk x 3 wks. Weekends will be one-3 days UK/Ireland trips.

After that, I will be going to the rest of the Western EU.

London- Belgium- Netherlands- N Germany- E Germany- Czech Republic- Austria- Switzerland- W Germany- Luxembourg- Lille- London

Home. ---> why am I not as excited about this solo trip now... The amount of time I'm going to spend planning... guess it's part of the fun.

First: To maximize my time in France and Italy before Summer kicks in in the Southern part of Italy (my dad, who travelled a lot, said it gets to nearly 40 degrees in July and August-- NO THANKS!)

I've went through like hundreds of websites, reading about the must sees, must dos, when is the best time to go, the recommended itineraries, accommodations, transportations, visa, safety, etc. There are a lot of things to worry about.

These are general plans, I hope I can actually execute all things I planned on my trip. :)
