We couldn't get in touch with the steak house my mom wanted to go, but it seemed like they've disappeared... so we Googled. First thing that came up was 牛仔部落 Cowboy Tribal Steak House:

We went to the one at 台北市忠孝東路五段1000號2樓(捷運後山埤站3號出口) No. 1000, Section 5, Zhōngxiào East Rd, Nangang District, Taipei City, Taiwan 115.

After walking across, walk towards the left, the entrance look like this:
The decoration inside is pretty comfy
The steak is decent. I mean, I'm from Canada... we have lots of good and fresh beef that makes great steak... They've seasoned the steak, which makes them taste much better. Without any sauce, the steak taste really good and Chinese food ish lol taste great! Sauces are a bit too sweet. The mushroom sauce is (almost) the same as spaghetti sauce. Black pepper sauce is a bit too sweet for my liking (it seems like every food in Taiwan are a bit more on the sweet side).

Squid is a bit too expensive ($80NT = $2.67CAD), this steak I chose is $299NT=$10CAD. Pretty cheap *nodding* with salad bars. Decent pricing and good food. I like.
